Hojo Hibiki (北条 響 Hōjō Hibiki) is one of the main cures from Magical Suite! Pretty Cure♬. She used to be the lead cure of Suite Pretty Cure♪. Hibiki is still an energetic girl and is great at sports. She loves sweet things, especially from her best friend Kanade’s shop, Lucky Spoon. Her catchphrase is "I'm betting my pride as a woman on this!" (ここで決めなきゃ女がすたる! Koko de kimenakya on'na ga sutaru!). Her alter ego is Cure Melody, and uses the pink Fairy Tone (Dory) to transform. Her theme colour is pink.
Appearance[]
Hibiki has dark blue eyes and orange hair which is waist-length. Part of it is tied up on the top of her head in twin tails secured with pink ribbons. Her casual clothes consist a black dress-like top with long white sleeves, with pink frills at the bottom of her top. There are some pink hearts on the front of it. She also wears black leggings and white and pink sports shoes.
As Cure Melody, her hair becomes longer, changing to a bright pink colour, which is tied into twin tails, secured with braids. Her eyes becomes light blue. She wears a white headband with a dark pink ribbon. Her costume consists a pink/white/dark pink top with a dark pink ribbon below her Cure Module, and sleeves which are mostly frills. Her skirt is mainly frills - dark pink frills at the top, a light pink layer below that, and a white one underneath that one. It shares many similarities with Cure Rhythm's, but her sleeves are frills, not puffy, and the ribbon on her skirt is on the left side of her hip, not the right one. Her costume bares the midriff. She also wears dark pink thigh-high stockings with white stripes, and dark pink and white shoes with light pink ribbons.
