Matsuoka Yoshie(Matsuoka Yoshie 松丘佳江) is one of the cures in Rhythmic Star★Pretty Cure!. She is an intellegent, calm girl who was best friends with Kokone since they were little. Yoshie transfered schools and was seperated from Kokone, but they met once again when she transfered again to the same middle school as Kokone. Her alter ego is Cure Snow (Kyua Sunoo キュアスノー), and her theme colour is white.

Appearance[]

Yoshie has silver hair with white streaks in it. Her casual clothes consist a white dress-like top with blue sleeves and blue frills. She wears black tights underneath and flats.

As Cure Snow, her hair becomes a pale blue colour which fades into white at the end. Her hair is tied in low twin tails. Her top is a bit like Cure Prism's, but is white with pale blue frills and a silver heart. Her skirt is different from Cure Prism's, with the ribbon at the back instead of the sides, and is white and pale blue and white with blue frills. Her boots are white.

Personality[]

Unlike her friend Kokone, Yoshie is a calm and intellegent 14 year-old girl in the second year of middle school. She does all her work properly and is also good at tennis. However, she is a big eater (which shockes everyone), and never feels sick even if she eats ten bowls of ice-cream, as shown in Episode 8. At the end of the series, Yoshie is voted student council president.

History[]

Transferring schools[]

Ever since year 5, Yoshie and Kokone were really excited to go to the same middle school. However, Yoshie’s father lost his job, but found a new one. Yoshie was happy for her father, but then her father told Yoshie that they had to move to Yokohama because that was where his new job was. Yoshie was so sad about this, she could not tell Kokone until the last day of year six. All Yoshie said to Kokone was goodbye, and their hopes of going to the same middle school was over.

Two years later, a transfer student came to Kokone’s class, and happened to be Yoshie! They both became friends again.
